I don’t really like to display prices because there are different factors, I have to add it for different needs.
But for example, going by summer 2023 rates, the range of prices depend on which villa you are staying in but typical price varies from €990.00 - €1235.00 per week.
That price is based on up 4 people sharing.
That price includes all bed linen, beach towels and bath towels, the pool will be cleaned twice weekly, you have your own private villa with private pool, BBQ, all the channels, movies, sports that you could think of on the smart TV. The only thing you have to pay for is the aircon.
For the villas that can sleep 6, there is a €20.00 supplement per person per night plus laundry fees, €10.00 per person per week.
So, if you had 6 people in a villa you are looking at prices of €30.71 per person per night to €36.54 per person per night.
€184.26 - €219.24 per night for a group of 6 people in a villa in Lanzarote.
Can you imagine getting a hotel in Ireland for 2 people for that price for 1 night? Doubtful.
**Please note the prices above are based on summer 2023 and there is no guarantee of the prices staying the same for 2024.
In addition there can be additional costs for stays over 7 nights**
